About me
Noa Abiri - Certified Grinberg method practitioner

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been searching for meaning. I wanted to understand human behavior and emotion — and to make sense of the pain I carried inside.

My search took me through music, literature, and art. I read philosophy, studied psychology, and explored the biology behind how we think and feel.
But what truly helped me — what finally brought peace to my mind and softness to my heart — was learning to work with my body and attention. Through this, I began to hold and transform my pain.
Old wounds slowly released their grip, making room for more energy, joy, love, and a clearer sense of my own strength and direction.

That experience led me to become a certified Grinberg Method practitioner. Since 2007, I’ve been guiding others in their own journeys — supporting people in healing and becoming more grounded, authentic, and fulfilled.
I’m continuously moved by the quiet magic that lives in every human being — and by our innate capacity to change and heal.

My academic background in psychology (B.A., Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College, 2002) and psychobiology research (M.A., Tel Aviv University, 2008), along with the practical tools of the Grinberg Method, shape an integrated, grounded approach to working with the whole human being: body, mind, and soul.
